Rob Olson was the COO and one of the owners at a different company for well over a decade. During his time there, he was in charge of running operations for the company – this involved hiring hundreds of employees, overseeing contracts, estimating, subcontracts, owner correspondence, and more. Rob was involved in projects from before they went into the ground until they were completed.
