This project features the new construction of a student residence building for New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in Socorro, New Mexico. Consisting of three stories, this building can accommodate 145 students at once. Designed for first-year students, the building features a community lounge on each floor, laundry facilities, kitchenettes, several communal restrooms, and a community computer lounge.
