ROB OLSON

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rob brings 29 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leadership, precision, and accountability. As a part owner of several other construction companies, he has overseen the successful completion of thousands of units, earning a strong reputation across multiple markets for his honest, straightforward communication from initial project concept through final delivery. Rob leads the development and preservation of client and stakeholder relationships, holding his teams accountable to meet - and exceed - all commitments and performance goals. Known for his active approach, he consistently anticipates and resolves potential challenges before they impact schedule or budget. In addition, Rob’s decades-long presence in the market has allowed him to build deep, trusted relationships within the local subcontractor community, giving his projects a distinct advantage in securing skilled trades and delivering exceptional results. Rob started his career in the trades, owning a large drywall, paint, and siding company with over 300 employees and sub-tier contractors. The management of this company took countless hours of scheduling, budgeting, and working with all facets of the projects he worked on - from Architects, engineers, superintendents, and Owners. Rob has been involved in thousands of meetings with design teams and Owners to bring projects in to the sweet spot where the Owners can afford and the Architects’ award- winning designs stay within reason, creating successful communities for the end users to call home.

 

CASEY CAMERON

CFO / CIO

Casey has more than a decade of construction experience and has quickly established himself as a respected industry leader. As TCON’s CFO and CIO, he oversees the company’s daily financial operations, including corporate financial management, construction budgeting, job costing, compliance, and the full development lifecycle. In a prior role at another company, Casey led the successful development of more than 800 units totaling over $160 million in value. He guided each project from initial concept to completion - sourcing and securing real estate, preparing financial pro formas, navigating the LIHTC and HUD processes, and coordinating property management, architects, and engineers. Working closely with Rob Olson during construction, Casey helped deliver projects on time and under budget. Casey has seen the tax credit world go up and down over the last decade. With his expertise, he helps our clients navigate these hurdles, including reviewing HUD applications, 4% and 9% tax credit applications, review proformas, and guide people in the right direction to funding sources they may not have thought of. Casey is also very involved in the estimating oversight, making sure we are looking at the up-to-date subcontractor market, analyzing compliance regulations.

 

LEXY LAKODUK

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

With over 20 years in the AEC industry, Lexy is a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering operational excellence and strategic growth at TCON Construction. As Chief Administrative Officer, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s people strategy, ensuring seamless administrative operations, and collaborating with the CEO to align business goals with long-term success. Throughout her career, Lexy is known for her commitment to delivery, collaborative leadership, and inclusive partnership with business and project partners. She is deeply invested in cultivating a high-performing workplace culture and ensuring that TCON remains an industry leader in efficiency, compliance, and innovation. Her expertise in organizational development, talent management, and process optimization make her an invaluable asset to the leadership team.

CAITLIN RITSCHARD

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Caitlin oversees the development and execution of TCON’s marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Her role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing responses to proposals and bids, driving business development efforts, and enhancing TCON’s presence in the markets we serve. With over seven years in the industry, she has developed a strong understanding of our key areas of expertise, including LIHTC, HUD, affordable housing initiatives, our geographical footprint, and community outreach. This expertise enables Caitlin to craft targeted marketing and communication that resonate both internally and externally to clients, stakeholders, and partners.

KIARA GARCIA

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT

With nearly a decade of industry experience, Kiara has quickly distinguished herself as a trusted leader in construction accounting and compliance, working with many of the TCON team members for nearly a decade. She is known for building strong relationships with colleagues, owners, architects, and subcontractors, and for being the go-to resource for all project financial matters - including billings, reporting, tracking, and financial oversight. Kiara is highly experienced in public funding compliance and provides critical support in contract compliance, payment processing, and regulatory reporting. Kiara brings nearly 10 years of experience in Section 3 compliance, Certified Payroll, and BABA compliance. She provides oversight of subcontractor compliance, HUD requirements compliance, Certified Payroll and Section 3 tracking, subcontractor billings, sub-tier supplier waivers, and preparation of Owner pay applications with all required contractor waivers and documentation.

JARED MCCARN

VP OF CONSTRUCTION

Jared is widely respected throughout the construction industry for his straightforward communication style, proactive attitude and strong leadership. With more than 20 years of experience, he has successfully delivered projects for clients across the Southwest, consistently meeting high standards for performance and accountability. He provides executive oversight to ensure his teams adhere to established goals for schedule, budget, safety, sustainability, and quality. Jared overseed the purchasing and estimating departments to ensure there are no scope gaps between the contract documents and subcontractor work scopes. He also provides overall leadership to ensure projects are properly staffed and coordinates closely between TCON and the design team. During construction, he visits the sites at least once per week and is present for all pay application meetings to maintain strong oversight and accountability.

MARIO MUNOZ

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Mario is an expert in his field as a Senior Project Engineer, having trained several other project engineers over the past decade. He provides great leadership to the rest of the project team. Mario brings 10 years of industry experience and a strong ability to build productive relationships with subcontractors, Owners, and Architects. Having worked across multiple markets and with the TCON team members for a decade, he offers a broad base of knowledge that strengthens the entire project team. Mario leads onsite administrative and documentation efforts. His responsibilities include managing meeting minutes, submittals, change orders, RFIs, ASIs, drawings, contract compliance, and closeout documentation in accordance with TCON’s established processes and checklists. With clear bilingual communication and highly organized approach, he plays a key role in keeping projects aligned and moving forward from an administrative standpoint, while maintaining accuracy in project documentation in Procore.

DEVON TAYLOR

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Devon has been in the industry for over a decade and plays a critical role in bridging the gap between design and construction. Known for exceptional communication skills, he serves as a trusted liaison between owners, architects, and project teams — ensuring clarity, alignment, and confidence from concept through groundbreaking. His deep understanding of estimating, subcontractor pricing, and on-site operations allows him to provide accurate budgets, identify value engineering opportunities, and anticipate challenges before they arise. Having worked with Rob and the TCON team members for years, and with a foundation rooted in jobsite experience, he brings a practical, solutions-oriented mindset to every phase of preconstruction planning, as well as managing projects.

ANGEL GARCIA

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT

With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Angel is a proactive leader known for his precision, strong work ethic, and ability to build lasting relationships with everyone on site. Angel has countless commercial and multifamily project experience across the Southwest. He maintains a sharp attention to detail while fostering a collaborative and accountable project environment. Highly attuned to evolving safety standards, Angel takes pride in running safe, well-organized jobsites where expectations are clear and consistently met. His approachable, bilingual communication style complements his disciplined management approach, allowing him to connect effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

DAVID RODRIGUEZ

SUPERINTENDENT

David is a seasoned superintendent with two decades in the industry, bringing a proven track record of successfully managing multifamily, residential, and commercial projects from conception to completion. He is deeply experienced in both new construction and rehabilitation projects. Known for his exceptional leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality, David excels at coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. With deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise, he consistently fosters collaboration across teams to drive efficient operations and outstanding results.

WES WRYE

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Wes has decades of experience under his belt, successfully overseeing thousands of units of multifamily housing from concept to completion. He also has vast commercial experience, including building skilled nursing, assisted living, student housing, and more nonresidential spaces. Known for exceptional leadership on large-scale projects, he brings deep expertise in scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance, and quality control. His hands-on management and leadership style ensures seamless coordination between trades, contractors, and project stakeholders, driving efficiency and excellence on every jobsite. With a proven track record of delivering complex developments on time and within budget, Wes is a trusted leader who consistently turns ambitious plans into thriving residential communities.

CJ HUSCHKA

DIRECTOR OF ESTIMATING

CJ has over a decade in the construction industry and is natural leader with keen attention to detail when onboarding a project in estimating, collaborating with Owners, Architects, subcontractors, and all project stakeholders. He also has experience in the field, which gives him a well-rounded understanding of every detail that goes into a project. CJ has worked on multifamily, commercial, retail, concrete podiums, and more - both in the field and in estimating. His extensive background enables him to anticipate risks, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate effectively. Known for precision, strategic thinking, and strong, straight-forward communication, CJ plays a critical role in guiding budget decision and ensuring the financial viability of our projects.

JORGE ALVAREZ-PAYAN

SUPERINTENDENT

Jorge provides overall site leadership and manage both TCON team members and subcontractors, ensuring clear bilingual communication throughout projects. Jorge brings valuable local knowledge and strong relationships within the community. He serves as the primary point of contact for his jobsite operations, overseeing safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to the project schedule. His responsibilities include maintaining all project documentation, managing the project profile in Procore, preparing detailed daily reports with photos for the executive team, attending Owner and Architect meetings, and leading weekly onsite coordination meetings with subcontractors.

HAROLD JAQUEZ

SUPERINTENDENT

Harold is a seasoned superintendent with over 20 years in the construction field and is the backbone of a successful project. His deep, hands-on knowledge of means and methods allows him to anticipate issues before they become problems, keeping schedules on track and crews productive. He brings a calm, authoritative presence to the jobsite, earning respect from subcontractors while holding firm on safety, quality, and accountability. With decades of experience navigating complex builds, tight deadlines, and unforeseen challenges, Harold serves as a trusted leader who translates plans into reality and consistently delivers results.

ARTURO CASTRO

SUPERINTENDENT

Arturo is a dedicated superintendent with a strong background managing multifamily and commercial construction projects. He has successfully overseen projects ranging from large-scale multifamily developments and mixed-use to commercial and retail properties. Known for strong leadership and a steady, hands-on approach to every project, Art manages day-to-day jobsite operations including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety enforcement, quality control, and tracking progress. He works closely with team members, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

JOSEPH GROVES

PROJECT ENGINEER

Joseph has years of experience in construction, approaching each project with effective communication - from team members to subcontractors to clients, always putting the mission of the team at the forefront. He is organized, punctual, and a team player, allowing him to perfectly complement each project team he is on. Committed to continuous professional growth, Joseph is currently completing his Masters in Construction Management & Technology. 

LUPE PERU

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT

Lupe is a seasoned superintendent with over two decades under his belt. Lupe has worked on large, complex projects from multifamily to commercial to industrial and tilt-ups. He has a strong background in concrete and structural. His leadership, site coordination, collaboration with trades, and quality control makes him a staple to the team. He is excellent at keeping projects on track according to schedule and following plans and specifications. Managing the day-to-day operations, Lupe also emphasizes having a safe work environment, putting safety as his number one priority.

NATALIE ERICKSON

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Natalie serves as a staff accountant, aiding Casey in maintaining and analyzing our company financial records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper internal controls. With a decade of experience working in various finance roles across the AEC industry, Natalie brings valuable insight in project accounting, financial reporting, and supporting project-driven teams. Her expertise across the industry has given her a strong understanding of the financial side of complex projects.

RAUL RAMIREZ

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT

Raul is a seasoned superintendent with 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He brings a track record of successfully leading complex projects from groundbreaking through final completion. Known for his strong leadership on the job site, he excels at coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. He has two decades worth of experience in the construction process, coupled with a commitment to efficiency and clear communication, delivering his projects on time.
