ROB OLSON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rob is a 25-year industry veteran who is detail-oriented and extremely organized. He is well-respected across markets for his honest, straight-forward communication from project concepting to completion. Rob is responsible for establishing and maintaining client and stakeholder relations, ensuring that his project teams are delivering on all commitments and performance goals. Rob has a unique understanding and knowledge of current market conditions. He is vigilant and steadfast in his ability to identify potential issues and setbacks before they arise. He will in turn communicate these matters with the Owner and Architect. He has a broad range of experience in both on-site management of projects, as well as the estimating/bid process. Rob began his career as a subcontractor and business owner and has risen to be the owner and operator of a hundred-million-dollar annual general contracting company. While maintaining executive oversight, he also supervises and coordinates various subcontractors to ensure that contract terms are complied with and quality is delivered. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for day-to-day management of teams, monitoring of budgets and schedules, and serving as a project point of contact.

CASEY CAMERON
CFO / CIO
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Casey brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Throughout his career, Casey has successfully overseen more than $100 million in investments, managing the financial strategy and execution of over 800 units of affordable housing. His deep understanding of both financial markets and the complexities of real estate development has been instrumental in driving the success of numerous large-scale projects. With a strong track record of optimizing capital allocation, managing risk, and ensuring project profitability, Casey has played a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, affordable housing solutions that positively impact communities.

JASON HARRIS
PRESIDENT
As a 30-year veteran in construction, Jason has extensive experience in both multifamily and commercial. He is responsible for guaranteeing his project teams fulfill their obligations and performance targets. Jason supports his project teams in setting and achieving goals for safety, quality, budget, and schedule. Jason has the ability to leverage his relationships with trades and suppliers to ensure the best value. His primary focus for the past three decades has been on the exterior envelope of buildings, including waterproofing, siding, roofing, window install, stucco masonry, and flashings. This background has made him an asset, saving clients time and money. He has worked with an array of Architects and subcontractors to make sure they perform to standard. He started his career as a subcontractor, gaining years of experience managing a job site. He is well-respected for his management style and “boots on the ground” experience supervising, training, and coordinating.

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
With over 20 years in the AEC industry, Lexy is a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering operational excellence and strategic growth at TCON Construction. As Chief Administrative Officer, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company's people strategy, ensuring seamless administrative operations, and collaborating with the CEO to align business goals with long-term success. Throughout her career, Lexy is known for her commitment to delivery, collaborative leadership, and inclusive partnership with business and project partners. With over six years in the industry, she has developed a strong understanding of our key areas of expertise, including LIHTC, HUD, affordable housing initiatives, our geographical footprint, and community outreach. With nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry, Kiara has become a trusted expert in managing complex financial operations across a variety of projects. Known for building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, she is the go-to resource for all things related to project financials, including billings, cost tracking, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
