A beautiful 55+ community in Albuquerque, this project entailed the new construction of 174 units of senior living. A truly modern, urban place for senior Albuquerque residents to call home, this community has expansive amenities, including a large pool, library, game room, community kitchen, art studio, yoga studio, movie theater, and more. Within the units, residents enjoy large kitchens, modern finishes, vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and private patios.
