This project featured the new construction of 88 units of affordable housing, including 8 live/work units. Utilizing Housing New Mexico 9% tax credits, as well as Prevailing Wage, and Section 3, this project is pivotal to the Albuquerque community. Located near Unser and Central, this amenity-rich community provides its residents with convenience, walkability, livability, and a durable, quality place to call home.
