Currently under construction, Country Club is the rehabilitation of 36 units and new construction of 26 units with community space and includes 6 ADA units. This project utilized 9% tax credits from Housing New Mexico and Prevailing Wages. The property is geared towards families with various on-site play areas for different age groups, community spaces, and all buildings are ADA compliant. This project will also create hundreds of jobs for skilled trades people and subcontractors for the duration of construction, as well as multiple permanent positions when it is completed.
