Ocate Apartments

Currently under construction, Ocate Apartments features the construction of 60 units of affordable housing geared towards families with children. This project utilized 9% tax credits from Housing New Mexico, as well as Section 3 and BABA goals and Prevailing Wages. This project is valuable to the Santa Fe community as it is centrally located within ten minutes of local schools, workforce opportunities, and more. This project also will feature 11 units with HUD RAD and is one of only two tax credit communities in the neighborhood, making this critical to the Santa Fe community. Ocate will add over a hundred full-time construction jobs as well as several permanent positions at the management level keeping the affordable housing mission going in the state of New Mexico.
